• We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
•  To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind or Incorrect Size:

• We gladly accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Please note that all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Which means that you (the customer) are responsible for the return shipping fees. As a small company located in French Polynesia, we want to make you aware that shipping fees to our location can be slow and expensive, which may result in a longer return process (we have a minimum wait of one month to receive parcels and process).
• We strongly advise our customers to be responsible, mindful, and careful when placing orders to avoid unnecessary returns or exchanges. Additionally, minimizing returns helps reduce shipping impacts on the environment by avoiding multiple shipments.

• If your product has a quality issue, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Provide a detailed description of the problem along with clear photos. Our team will review the information and offer a resolution as soon as possible.
